About Shuster

Meet a very happy and playful Rottweiler that loves to have fun! This is Shuster, he is 1 ��%BD%BD years old and a total sweetheart. Shuster currently weights 77 lbs and has a little bit more of growing to do. He has a lot of puppy in him and has a great temperament. When I rescued him there was a dog really trying to get at him but Shuster kept wagging his tail and trying to play with the dog. Shuster gets along with other dogs and pays no attention to cats. He is also very gentle. He is crate trained and house trained but we are working on the house training more. He does not have any accidents in the house but he wears a belly band to correct his leg lifting. Shuster was just neuter and when a male dog is neuter it takes away their desire to lift their legs unless they are outside. So we are diligently working on this so that Shuster will make an ideal pet/companion and family member with no faults. We do not have a shelter; all of our dogs are fostered in private home so we try to train them in all areas while they are in our homes. It would be ideal if anyone who is interested in adopting Shuster has experience with Rottweilers. Rottweilers are very smart and loyal but they are also very strong. I'd like to get Shuster into a home where he can maintain his playful puppy attitude and continue to just love everyone. We are able to transport across the country to a great and loving home. Each dog comes spay/neutered (fixed), up to date on vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice. They are microchipped, heartworm tested and proof of the results of the heartworm test are included with their medical records; also on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
