Update: Pending Adoption Hi guys my name is Jemma I am a very sweet Shihtzu Puppy Who is brought to the rescue when my owner did not have any time to raise a seven week old puppy it was hard for her to say goodbye but she did the right thing because she knew I would be able to find a wonderful home within the rescue she just could not devote the time it took to raise a puppy. I was recently adopted but returned because my new family did not understand that puppies are very active and love play and if their dog is Timid and doesn't like to play with other puppies then I would get bored and try to force them to play with me. Their dog was older and had never been around a puppy before but enjoyed the company of older more mellow dogs but the Adopter wanted me to work out so badly they took the risk, unfortunately it just wasn't the ideal situation for me so I am once again looking for my forever home. My new family must understand the difference between playfulness and aggression my previous adopters mistook my verbal playfulness as aggression which is upsetting to my rescuer because she doesn't ever adopt out aggressive dogs and I don't have an aggressive bone in my body I am still a young puppy I am teething I have teething toys but I enjoy lots of playtime with friends both hairy and hairless, I will cuddle and sleep with you but I get bored easily so I require either a playful dog friendly dog or a few kids to keep me busy and happy and I will love you forever!
