An all adult home would be best for little Reggie, as he is fearful around children. Since we have had him we have also observed that he can be fearful around other dogs and likely was an only pet in his previous home. We think he would do best as an only pet, but we also think he could do well in a family with another respectful dog. Reggie would love to go to a home where he can receive a lot of love and attention. Typical to the breed, he is a very smart boy and already knows 'sit' and 'paw'. Continuing his training would make him very happy! Reggie is currently taking medication for a history of seizures, per his previous owner. Since we have had him we have not witnessed any seizures, so it appears that his medication is keeping his seizures under control. Luckily, his medication is very affordable. Adopters must keep in mind that although poodles don't shed, they will require regular grooming (about every 6 weeks) with a professional groomer and daily brushing to keep their coats mat free.
