About Copper

Copper is a very affectionate and loving dog who loves to cuddle. He is good with older Kids and adults. (We don't have smaller kids around much so we can't attest to how he will act). He loves to go outside to run and play. Unfortunately we are not home enough for him. He needs a home where he can play outside a lot, and where someone is home more often than our busy schedules allow. We believe he is a lab mixed with either Mountain Cur or Redbone Coonhound. (The vet thinks the hound) He is approximately 2 1/2 years old, is fixed, and is up to date on all his vaccinations. He has separation anxiety. He is mostly crate trained, but he has accidents when we are gone occasionally, and at other times occasionally. The trainer we spoke with said this is related to his anxiety. And, we have just started him on doggie prozac for the anxiety issues.
