We pulled Max from the animal control facility after he was confiscated from his 'owner' that had adopted him from the Humane society last year. Max was found chained up as he had been for a year,according to the 'owner' and next to his dead best friend that had starved to death with the chain still around his neck. We are covering Max's Heartworm treatment, but it sure would be great for him to know the love of family while he is recuperating
