Life has not always been easy for Charlie. In fact, it appears he had quite a rough start at it. He was brought to our facility emaciated and frightened, unsure of new people and his new surroundings. Our veterinarian estimates that he is 5 1/2 years young, although it's not easy to tell from his teeth. They appear to be fairly worn down, which is likely from chewing on metal or rocks. His tail also has a little kink in it that makes him super unique. (It's really fun to watch him wag it! It sorta reminds us of Inspector Gadget.) We wish we knew his full story, but Charlie's not talking! We do know that he does well with other dogs and children, and he is quiet and gentle by nature. We hope the next half of Charlie's life will be the best years yet.
