About Snowball & Beethoven

Snowball (white) and Beethoven (black) are a pair of bonded brothers who will need to be adopted together. Sadly, their loving mom recently passed away, and they were brought to a shelter were they were very scared. First losing their mom, and then being in a big and loud shelter really shook them up. We heard about them and were happy to give them a freedom ride out. They are Chihuahua mixes, and are both heartworm negative, and microchipped. Snowball is 5 years old and weighs 6 pounds. He is very confused with losing his mom, and will need someone who can be patient and allow him to come to them in his time. He's got very long legs and wiry fur. He likes to be close to his foster mom. Beethoven is 7 years old and weighs 4 pounds. He has a very sweet disposition and is starting to show more of his personality as he is feeling more secure now. He also has very long legs and a tiny little body. Snowball and Beethoven are both fine with other dogs, and ignore the cats at his foster home. Because of their small size, they would not be suitable in a home with young children. They are both working on their housebreaking skills. Snowball and Beethoven were recently adopted, but were returned, due to no fault of their own. But we learned something about them, that we didn't know before. When it comes to bedtime, they will need to either sleep in the bed with their parent(s), OR sleep with other doggie siblings. They are not happy to sleep by themselves. We are hoping their new family will come and take them home very soon so that they can start their new lives together.
