About Rocco

Rocco is a happy and loving dog. He is always up for playing and loves, loves loves to run! Unfortunately, I have limited knowledge of his history, due to him being at my home on a 'temporary' basis.. his owner never came back for him. I do know he is animal aggressive, he cannot be around other animals unless there is very strict monitoring. Rocco is absolutely fantastic with people though. He does pull on the leash a bit when walked, but I believe that is due to his excitement to be out because he calms down after some time. He was trained to pull, I know that much. He is very muscular. Rocco is not neutered so has a tendency to want to urinate on everything, but is house broken. He does not get into trash, he knows sit and to get in his bed. He is also kennel trained although he doesn't like being in there for too long. He is very protective and will let you know if anyone is near by. Unfortunately, my career is not compatible with being a pet owner. Rocco needs to have a yard and lots of room to run around. He should not be part of a family that has other pets. He can jump very high so a yard with a tall (sturdy) fence is recommended. Rocco would do fantastic with a single, active male household. I want to see Rocco go to a good home, so I will ask a lot of questions and want to verify things. I care about this dog, I just cannot give him the life he deserves.
