About Labyrinth

Labyrinth is a 12 year old shihtzu mix who is looking for a very loving forever home. This sweet senior is cute as can be and just as snuggly as he is cute. Labyrinth definitely likes to eat bit can be pretty picky at times, so his family might need to try a few things. After coming to us Labyrinth did have a full dental including having 14 teeth pulled. That doesn't leave much left so he does need soft food that is ground up pretty small and easy to eat. Labyrinth is such a sweetheart, but is also pretty independent! He doesn't like to be held but loves to be petted. Labyrinth loves having people around so he will do best in a household where someone is home most of time. Labyrinth seems to get very nervous around other dogs so might do best as the only dog, or with another submissive senior who will be gentle as Labyrinth adjusts. Even at 12 Labyrinth still has quite a playful side! Labyrinth gets a bit nervous in the car, so he's hoping to mostly be a stay at home shih tzu. Although picky, he definitely knows when he wants to eat! He'll get excited whenever you're in the kitchen making dinner if he knows it's something he likes. Labyrinth is house trained, and he will use puppy pads when absolutely necessary if there is no one to let him out. Labyrinth's favorite part of the day is when his people come home and he will wag his tail to show it! Labyrinth weighs in full grown at only 6 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, licensed and vet checked. His adoption fee is $180. His adoption includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance.
