About Freeda

Freeda is a spunky 10 month old schipperke mix who came to the rescue after being saved from an abusive home. Once rescued we noticed that poor Freeda was limping upon intake. Our vet saw her right away and sadly Freeda was diagnosed with a fracture of the right femoral head and fracture of distal femur. Since then, Freeda has spent many months in a loving foster home relaxing and healing. Freeda is now playful as ever and ready to find a forever home who will show her nothing but love! Freeda deserves the absolute best home and would love if that home had a canine companion to keep her company. Freeda is shy when she meets new strangers, but warms up quickly. Considering her past, being shy is quite understandable, we are just glad she loves affection as much as she does now! Freeda would do best in a home where someone is home often and a home with only older, gentle children who understand her past and will be patient with her. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $200. To meet her, come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open daily 11am to 6pm. Call on the weekend for her location as there are off site adoption events some dogs attend.
