About Papi

Meet Papi, a 1 year old Chiweenie who was found outside in the cold. He loves to play and cuddle. Little Papi was found as a stray and caught by animal control and taken to the local shelter in NM. He was very scared and all alone and therefore was very timid in the shelter. We feel he must have had a home and was kicked out of it at some point to fend for himself of the streets. Because of this he can be a bit timid at first, but does warm up quickly. Little Papi also gets along with other small dogs and loves to play with them; big dogs worry him and it takes him a bit longer to warm up to. Papi would love to find a home where he can finally relax and be a dog. He wants to be the perfect pup so he is working on crate training and is doing well with it. He is potty trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. Papi would be a great addition to any home and would bring with him years of love and happiness.
