This young pup was used as a breeder and then dumped. She was starved, had fleas, long nails, and was starved for love. She is friendly and very pretty. She did not display aggression. I could not keep her, so Franklin County Animal Control has her. Her ID number is 18-00911-1-016. Please, please rescue this loving little girl who truly deserves a good home. The photo doesn't show how starved she really was. She is available for adoption from the County on Jan 23. Please help.
