About Kobe

Adoption Fee: $100
German Shepherd mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Kobe was adopted from the Animal Rescue league in Pittsburgh in July 2016. He is a 50 pound German Shepherd mix (we think part Rhodesian Ridgeback but unsure). We think he may have experienced an abusive situation in his very first home, so he does have some anxiety and can be shy at first. We live in a smaller town home without a yard, which is not a suitable environment for what he needs. Kobe is a very sweet and loving dog. He is a great walker on the leash and does not pull. He loves his owners, loves going for walks and runs, and he sleeps up on the bed. He is definitely a cuddly dog and he gives kisses a lot-maybe too much. Kobe is very smart- he knows commands for sit, stay, paw (shake), roll over, and 'dance'. He is easily trainable. Kobe is housetrained; however it is essential that someone is home with him most of the time, as he gets very bored and anxious. He needs a family who has a yard, and even another dog would be great! Kobe absolutely loves all dogs and he is very active. He does not have any experience with little kids. He deserves a loving home with a yard to run in and a family who can give him a lot of time and attention. Please e-mail me with any questions or for more information.
