He lived among a few apartment buildings and whenever he saw anyone on the playground he would come running from where he was hoping to get a little attention. A Sochi Dogs volunteer saw him and brought him to the shelter where he has been patiently waiting since. Joe lived in a city, so he will be comfortable in an apartment or house. He is a calm boy who is moderately active outside and enjoys playing with other dogs and kids. Adopt Joe, and he will be a faithful companion to you and your family.
