About Phoebe

Hi there! My name is Miss Phoebe, I am a very special kitty that is looking for a second chance. I was first adopted out as a small kitten, but my family of two years is moving and because I get stressed around the kids and the dogs I do not get to go with them. Luckily WAAL found me and took me into their care! I do require a family with older, calmer kids and no dogs, but I love other cats and get along great with them. I am a very low maintenance kitty that is not crazy about being scratched or petted but I love to talk in my raspy meows and I love to give head bumps. My ideal home would be 1-2 people, low stress quiet home, with a family that is going to give me time to settle in, full of unconditional love, and a space to call my own. Please let WAAL know if you would like to meet me, my foster mom feels it's best to do an at home visit since carriers and the adoption center seem to stress me out.
