About Sport

Sport is a very sweet 1 year old Chi/JRT mix who was found abandoned on the side of a busy highway. Gotta love those ears! He is smart and loving and is good with everyone. He is an indoor dog and loves to cuddle. He is house trained and good with dogs and cats and loves his people. We don't know much about his past because he was found on the side of the road running as fast as he could to avoid getting hit by the cars. A rescue partner picked him up and took him home. He is low heart worm positive and is finishing his treatment. This is the reason that he is currently only availabls for local adopters ONLY. He has to return 1 more time to us at the end of March for his final heartworm test.He is fully vetted and neutered as well. Sport will make a wonderful family member and is so grateful to be safe and loved. IF you would like to meet Sport, please send us an an e mail and request an application. We are only able to meet with pre approved applicants since we do not have a shelter available to the public. DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ANYWHERE ONLINE!!! Only via e mail are you able to receive the proper forms to fill out. Other applications can not be accepted. His adoption fee is $ 350 which includes all his vaccines, heartworm tests and treatment, neuter and micro chip.
