About Mulligan

***Currently in foster care*****Hi!! I'm Mulligan! I was rescued from Orange County Animal Control, I am probably about 3- 4 y/o and weigh 41 lbs. Animal control said I wouldn't walk on a leash and I was rescue only. There was a girl who had her eye on me and took a chance to pull me to the humane society. When I first got here I was pretty sad. I would just cower in the corner and had to be carried around, because I do not like a neck leash. A very nice volunteer got me a fancy harness and now I am learning to walk! So, harness only for me! After four days of being here, I am the life of the party!! I love lots of attention and I'm pretty much the big ham in the little dog room! I am completely housebroken. I have had not one accident! I get along with the other dogs here in my foster home, but I can get jealous about attention/food. I think maybe I would do best in a home with all the attention to myself!!! I would do better with adults. I am heartworm positive, but I have already started treatment and the shelter will pay for it until I retest negative. I am looking for someone to give me lots of love and attention. Someone gentle! I am a very unique guy!! I'm a bit on the chunky side, so I could use some walks with my harness on of course! I also have the cutest snaggle tooth you ever did see :) The girl who saved me will find me the best home! I just know it! Please call her soon!
