About Parker

Extremely lovable 4 yr. old male pure bred beagle. Does not have papers. Just recently got him from my sons acquaintance(which I thought was temporary) and I don't have much info. on him. He WAS TRAINED TO RUN RABBITS! When you take him out to go to the bathroom, his nose is to the ground and he is PULLING YOU, to whatever scent he picks up. He needs a secure 'harness' or a FENCED YARD or he WILL RUN !!!! And since he don't bark, chances are slim that you will find him ! Once he's indoors, he's a lazy, lovable dog. He's a great companion :) He has NEVER barked in the 2 months we have had him. Very shy at first but warms up quickly when shown affection. I just got him his rabies and 5 in 1 parvo on Jan. 14. He is licensed. He shows fear around aggressive dogs and submits. Good temperament with people. Like I said, I don't have much info. on this dog, but I do care who we choose to adopt him My son was only helping this acquaintance out by keeping the dog for them until they could take him back, but now they say they can't take him back and we cannot keep him where we live. I hope someone can help. Parker is a lovable dog !
