About Sarge

Meet Sarge! Sarge is a 2-year-old Pit Bull mix with lots of love to give! Sarge would love to have a family he can spend his days with and would love someone to take him on walks! Sarge loves to play and is a pretty active guy who needs some work walking well on a leash. He is looking for a home with older kids and would probably do well with a well matched dog in the home. Sarge can be pretty intense with other dogs and does have a tendency to resource guard so a family that is knowledgeable and willing to work with those things would be a plus! No cats and no small dogs for this big guy though. Sarge loves toys and running around in the big yard here. He does like to jump up and will need some help keeping his four paws planted, but he is very treat motivated so we think this will be an easy thing for Sarge to learn.
