She came from a hoarding situation and needs a special home Experience with puppymill dogs is preferred** Our rescue received a call about a breeder/hoarding situation, 45 dogs living in one small trailer needed immediate rescue. 8 rescue groups combined forces and rescued them all. Lovey is one of the 6 pups we rescued. All the pups were extremely undersocialized, some having zero human contact. They were all fearful and huddled in one big pile. Lovey has spent several months in foster care and we believe he is now ready for her forever home. Here are a few requirements for her forever home: *At least one very friendly, social, not overly dominant dog. Lovey feeds off other dogs and follows their lead. A social dog who is friendly to humans will help her adjust. Overly dominant or aggressive dogs will frighten her, she will hide and not come out. *A very secure yard with a 6 foot fence. *Very loving and patient humans 'Bonding' will not happen instantly. If you expect an instant connection she is not the dog for you. She will bond with the canines in the home first. She had a horrible start in life, we have worked very hard to get her to adoptable status--she adores her foster family but is ready to find her forever home *Spayed *Vaccinated *Heartworm/tick fever negative *Dewormed *Groomed We do have Lovey's brother also--he is a bit more work as he takes longer to warm up, and will snap when scared. However these two do adore each other and we would do a 2 for 1 adoption with them.
