Jak is a 70-pound lab mix who is very friendly and gets excited about meeting new people. At 8 years-old, Jak frequently gets mistaken for a much younger dog, due to his playful and energetic nature. He loves to spend time outside and likes being taken along on hikes and runs. Jak usually gets along well with other similarly sized dogs and has lived with multiple dogs in the past. He is neutered and up-to-date on all of his vaccinations - we can provide all the necessary documentation. He has never bitten or acted aggressively towards any human or dog (except for the occasional growl at a dog park). We have had Jak for over 7 years and have come to the difficult decision that we are no longer able to provide him with the time and attention he deserves. Jak becomes anxious when left home alone, so he would do best in a home where someone is able to spend a lot of time with him. His ideal home would have enough space for a dog of his size and, preferably, a fenced-in yard. Please contact if you think you may be able to provide a loving home for Jak.
