About Maxwell

My name is Maxwell. I'm a 2 yr old male neutered yellow Labrador retriever. I'm a big boy! I weight around 100 lbs. I am very puppy like, in my behavior. I love water and wallowing in a pool. My former life, before coming into rescue, was spent living in a backyard without much guidance. People say I can be exuberant but I want to please you so I do follow direction well and I learned basic commands quickly. I get along well with other dogs and children. I have been exposed to horses, goats and cats and I really wanted to play with them. I am looking for an interactive home that will exercise me mentally and physically. Due to my size, I may be better in a house with older children.
