About Holly

Holly is fostered in North Port, FL (Sarasota County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Holly is a 2-year-old, 8 pound longhaired Chihuahua. She is still very much a puppy and has lots of energy. She loves all toys and is a sweet cuddler. She gets along well with dogs of any size. She is 90% house trained but will also use a puppy pad inside. She is also crate trained for when no one is home. She does need more training to walk on a leash, right now she rolls and tries to slip out so extreme caution should be taken to ensure that does not happen. Because she is still a puppy she does like to chew but is satisfied daily with a dental bone which helps keep her teeth clean too. She does bark but it is not excessive. Overall she is a beautiful perfect girl, who is friendly, loving and ready for her forever home. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative.
