About Hudson

Poodle mix
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

If you have any questions about fostering or adopting Hudson please contact 4 Paws 4 Life Rescue and Boarding directly at and [email protected]. DATE DOG WILL BE GOING TO 1ST EVENT: Friday, January 19. Foster family says: Hudson is a polite, well-mannered gentleman. He's house trained, walks gently on a leash, and loves to cuddle with you on the couch. His foster family says he is perfect except for harassing the cats. He gets along fine with other dogs. He loves walks, rides nicely in the car, comes when called, knows how to sit on command, and doesn't try to escape out the door or run away. Hudson needs a quiet home without any children under 10. He does not like to be dragged by his collar, but is happy for you to attach a leash to it. Like all poodles, he will require regular, professional grooming. All dogs are available for online adoption now. In-person adoptions will begin on the date of a dog's first event provided they are still available. Dogs not adopted during their first event will attend additional events thereafter until adopted. Our adoption events are at the Lakewood Petco, 475 S Wadsworth Blvd on Fridays 4pm-7pm and Saturdays 11am-1pm. A completed adoption application online is required prior to viewing our dogs. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and first 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with Pet First pet insurance. Adopter has to sign up for the insurance if they are interested or it will not go into effect. Adopter can go to our vet for medical issues that may arise in the first 3 days of adoption with prior authorization as per condition on Terms of Adoption. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up at our Lakewood Petco adoption events, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances. A dog on PENDING status means the dog is still en route to our rescue but is scheduled to arrive very soon. A dog on AVAILABLE status means the dog is currently in our care.
