About Ginger

Meet Ginger! Ginger is a 1 year old Golden Retriever/Lab mix. Ginger was an owner surrender. Her mom fell on hard times and had to move in with family and sadly Ginger and the other dog in the home did not get along. When Ginger arrived with us she was very reserved (with humans and other animals). She has blossomed and likes just about everyone she meets. She can take a few minutes to warm up to new people, but then does great. We are still working on her with other dogs to get her socialized and comfortable :) Ginger is up to date on vaccines and spayed. She is house and crate trained. No cats for this girl. She seems to really like kids. She does well with our Director's older children and gets excited when she sees other kids. She is not a huge fan of car rides. Ginger would do fine in a house or apartment, as long as she gets daily exercise through walks/runs and play time. Interested in this dog/cat?
