LILY is a beautiful liver and white border collie girl. She was loved and living in a home but brought to the shelter after grabbing food from a young child seated on the floor. She seems really confused and wondering about what has happened to her. LILY has been gentle and nice with staff and volunteers. She is about 7 years old and very subdued here at the shelter. We are a small shelter located in rural PA; closest city is Pittsburgh. Please Map It before you contact us. We require a meet and greet with any other dogs in the home, check references, and need to meet the prospective adopters; therefore, we do not transport dogs.
