About Cody

Cody is fostered in Freemont, CA through United Yorkie Rescue http://unitedyorkierescue.org. Cody is the sweetest little boy ever, 6.5 lbs. of pure sweetness! He will be 11 years old in March. Don't let his age scare you; this little man was wonderfully cared for by his Mom who had him since he was a puppy. He has had yearly blood work and teeth cleaning. He is very healthy and probably has many years to look forward to. His Mom had to surrender him to United Yorkie Rescue due to the extensive traveling required of her current job. He does have a cataract in his left eye. He has had this since he was a puppy. It does not hinder him or slow him down in any way. Cody is a quiet little guy. He is house trained and uses a doggie door. He gets along with my dogs. I think he just loves to be close to me, beside me, or in my lap. He does have to compete for my attention, since I have other doggies. I believe Cody would do well in a quiet home with perhaps 1 or 2 other dogs. He does not bark, or whine. He just goes with the flow!
