About Yoyoma

****Yoyoma is a deserving dog that is eligible for an extended trial adoption. We know how special she is and want to give adopters the chance to get to know this wonderful dog that we have come to know and love!**** Hi there, my name is YoYoMa and I am looking for some belly rubs! Check out my featured adoption video here! I am about 2 years old, 50 lbs., and an American Bulldog mix. Check out my photos; I love bacon, going for car rides, chew toys, people, and being a surrogate mom. When I was dropped at the shelter I was full of milk and no pups, and wouldn't you know, a litter of puppies came in without a mom and I was happy to raise them. I have met my foster mom's grandchildren (check out our photo!) and they sure are great and also respectful; they give me belly rubs! I am a low to medium energy gal, but I like to get some exercise and walk well on a leash with a martingale collar. I am awesome in a crate. I do have a prey drive, so small animals like birds and cats are tempting and probably not a good idea. I have been friendly with all the dogs I have met, except the snarky, growly ones. The best thing to do for me is redirect my attention. I do best when my human makes the rules and sets the boundaries for me. I would prefer slow introductions to dogs. If you want a dog that has some basic training, someone to hang out with, then I'm your girl. I'll hang out at your feet and be your love bug. Set up a meet and greet and let me convince you! *Potty Trained *Crate Trained * Likes the foster's grand children, and has met Unfamiliar children and was friendly *Likes most people and cautious around some but treats are the trick to her heart * Walks nice on leash using a martingale collar *Low to Medium energy *Is Happy just to hang out with you *Loves car rides and would love to ride shotgun. *No thunder fear *Too interested in small pets and cats *No small dogs YoYoMa is current on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and looking for love. Yoyoma had heart worms and treatment went well. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito producing a positive test in six months. Potential adopters will receive detailed information on the disease and their role in completing the recovery process from OPH's heartworm coordinator. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable.
