Klaus is a 9 month old, German Shepherd mix puppy. This boy has personality plus. His huge ears are really soft and perfect for rubbing. He is a spunky little guy with a lot of energy and loves to run, play, and fetch. Klaus loves toys and will bring you every one out of a toy box to get you to play with him. He would love an active home with another dog buddy to play with. He has some growing to do and could end up to be a 60 to 80 pound adult. Klaus is still very much a pup and needs a family committed to raising and training him to be a great adult. Klaus' forever home should not have a cat, he is far too interested in them and cats are not amused by him. Klaus came to Iowa from Texas. The Texas shelters are still full of Hurricane Harvey dogs and have very few adopters because so many people are not back in their homes. The volunteer Pilots with Pilots N Paws got him here. Klaus loves to fly just in case you have your own plane and want a co-pilot. Klaus is housetrained, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested.
