About Sweetie

Sweetie's human mom had to move in to a rest home after dementia set in. Our rescue stepped up to help all concerned. Sweetie is a 5 year old papillion chih mix. She is predominantly papillion. She has the papillion hair and will need regular grooming either at home or a grooming salon. Regular brushing is a must. She has a beautiful coat. She weighs about 8 pounds and is an adorable size. She is great with the foster's dogs and likes the cats. She used to being around older children. She is a bit nervous at first but settles in once she gets accustomed to you. She has a bit of an over bite that our vet documented but it does not affect her in anyway.She eats well. She had skin allergies when she arrived but we switched her to a grain free meat based dogfood and her skin cleared up. She will need to stay on grain free food for life. Sweetie likes sleeping in the bed with her foster mom.�%A0 Sweetie will go to her new home spayed, current on vaccines, flea prevention, heartworm tested on on heartworm prevention and microchipped. She will receive a certificate of health and the adopter will get all the health records with adoption. We require a prescreen application to apply.
