About Chrissy

Say hello to pretty Chrissy, a 9 year old Shih Tzu mix who weighs 18 pounds. Chrissy and her sister Chloe came to our rescue under sad circumstances when their mom had to go into a hospice facility. They are not bonded and can be adopted separately. Chrissy is heartworm negative and microchipped. She is also housebroken, and is good with other dogs. She has not been tested with children. Chrissy is good with cats, and even ferrets! It appears that she has a skin issue which may be from poor quality of food. We are treating her for this condition now. She has a very sweet disposition and her foster mom said she is a joy to have. Chrissy is ready to spend the rest of her life with her new family who she will bring much happiness to.
