About Roxie

This is my Roxie girl. She was my brother's dog, but when he passed away unexpectedly, I took her in. I had such hopes for her. She was house trained and a happy energetic pup. When we got her home, she did not get along with one of my dogs, so she was put outside with my sister-in-law's dogs. She assured me that she would get taken care of. That has not happened. Despite my many requests that Roxie get fed out of the dog food I buy, it doesn't happen. My sister-in-law does not have a job and periodically runs out of food. I don't find out about it until it is too late and my girl has had nothing but rice for a week. Please, help my Roxie girl. she has had a difficult life and deserves a home with people that will love her, feed her, and spend time with her. It doesn't happen at my house. She is so smart and has so much potential. Please help my Roxie girl.
