About Abbey

She is a perfect girl. Very sweet and well behaved. Unfortunately her current owners are elderly and health is failing quickly and are no longer able to walk her or care for her properly. She would prefer a calm home in the sense of kids and pets, but needs someone that will be able to walk and exercise her. She is by no means aggressive but does get overwhelmed in large groups of dogs, and with little kids getting to touchy. She has been lovely with my 2 kids, but would prefer a home with kids old enough to know boundaries or no kids at all. I was told that in the past she has been fine with cats, but we don't have any to test that. She may take a little longer to warm up to men. She is also a good guard dog, always alert to things going on outside or strangers outside. She is around 4 years old. Spayed, vaccinated and chipped. She currently lives with a dog door and has free roam when the parents are away from the house and she doesn't destroy anything. Overall she is a very calm and well behaved girl, but gets ancy of she doesn't get her walks. Please let me know if interested.
