About Leo

Meet Leo! At 2 years young, Leo is ready to find the home he deserves. You see, Leo has not had a 'happy ending' in his life. He ended up homeless and is actively searching for his furever. So what does Leo need? Leo needs a home that will show him what true love is and that will be patient. He needs just a little bit to build trust, and once that happens, Leo will give you his heart and cherish you forever. We will require he be placed in a home with someone who has husky experience. He truly is amazing. Leo is good with other dogs, but would probably do best living with another male dog. He is currently being fostered with one of our other adoptable pups, Dragon, and the two of them are best friends. He is crate and potty trained, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300. �%9D�PLEASE READ�%9D� If interested in adopting, fill out the adoption application at www.huskyhavenfl.org. Once we receive it, we will start processing it. Please understand we are a volunteer-based organization so we can't set a timeline, however, we work hard to process it as fast as we can. It's very important that you fill out the application completely. Missing information will delay the process, especially vet phone numbers, references, and info on pets. All the questions regarding the available pets and their personalities can be found at www.huskyhavenfl.org. Many times, we get asked for additional photos. We DO NOT have any additional photos other than the ones posted on our website and we try to be as honest as we can in each pet's bio. Please read each bio carefully, all the information that we know is in there. If it's not there we do not know. Additionally, all of our dogs are in foster homes. We DO NOT have a shelter or location. They are in private homes with families. Therefore, you must have an approved application prior to setting up a meet and greet. Finally, thank you for your interest in adoption. Your application is key. Many times, we find you apply for one dog but that one might not be the best fit for your family. We will suggest if another one that is available will be better suited.
