About Bastian

3 year old, pure bred male/neutered Boxer that needs to be re-homed. Bastian has become aggressive with the other dogs but is perfect with people and kids. Much time and money has been invested with a behaviorist and behavior modification has helped but he now lives his life separated from family and the other dogs because he can't be trusted and the gate works only most of the time. He will fight over the gate. He has been boarded for the past 2 months because it's not safe for him or the other dogs. He is very sweet and is used to lots of human time and attention, a fenced in yard and although a bit hypersensitive to noises, he sleeps most of the day. He is well crate trained (I can provide his cage) and is not destructive. I don't know how he is with cats. I would assume he would not do well if a cat approached him while he was eating or playing with a toy since resource guarding is a problem of his. A home where he was the only dog would be best. He is microchipped and fully vaccinated. I will provide a years worth of HW and flea preventative.
