Misty was found in an abandoned house that was sold at foreclosure. No one knows how long she lived there, but the house was abandoned for 3 years and the utilities were off. Misty's owner left a note that they could not take her with them. It appears that someone had been throwing food scraps in the house, and the vet said she had puppies 5/6 weeks ago. No puppies were found in the house however. She is now living with a lady that took her in, but she can not keep her. So Misty doesn't end up at the shelter... we have offered to help her find an adopter. There is no rehoming fee , but you will need to fill out an application and be approved. Misty will be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped before adoption. Misty is approx 4-5 years old and 74 lbs. She appears to be a pointer/ lab mix. She is good with other dogs and cats. If cats run she will take chase but won't hurt them. She is housebroken and calm. She is a couch potato. She loves attention . She has free roam of the house and doesn't get into any trouble. She was recently around the grandkids 3 and 4 years of age and did fine. She gave lots of kisses. She will bark at strangers at first, and then will chill. Go to www.indianasaveadog.com for more info
