About Betty-Blu

Betty turned two in November. She is a quick learner and loves to play fetch. When ever she sees me she runs to get a ball and drops it at my feet. If I don't pick it up right away she will nudge it then nudge me. She knows sit, lay down, place and come. Is working on stay. loves her stomach rubbed. Walks well on leash and loves to go for rides in the car. I have been taking her to dog training classes. She loves agility course. But she is overly protective of me and I have to have her kenneled if grand kids or other people are around She will bite their heels. She really needs a job, other than the one in her head of guarding me from the world. She has bitten my mom and sister on the heels. I need to have surgery on both of my leggs. Which will make it difficult to spend the amount of time needed with Betty for months. I need to find he a home that can give her a working job or agility training on a regular basis. Preferably on a ranch with cattle and or horses. She wants to please and loves to show off her smarts. She is a quick learner.
