CALIFORNIA (Bombay) - AVAILABLE! Only $45 adoption!!! California was rescued from a hoarder and brought to the shelter. At the shelter, he ended up on their euthanasia list for being fearful. That's when Safe Haven stepped in and rescued this beautiful little man. California is still a bit afraid of people, but is coming around. He is very food motivated, so I am using that to get him more comfortable with people. He loves all toys and will play with just about anything (gingle balls, wand toy, etc...) He will sit up on his back legs sometimes (like a little bear). Very cute! Birthday: 8/27/17 (this was what the Vet guessed him to be during the exam, but he is smaller than the other kittens that same age. He has been friendly with all the cats here. I do this because I do not think that one brand can provide all the nutrients that they need. Just like one food can't provide us with all that we need...Plus, who wants to eat the same thing every day? He is free fed (meaning there is a bowl of dry food out all the time for him).
