Sutton is a sweet, active little girl who needs a more appropriate home than mine. She needs to be in a home where she gets more attention and more activity. I'm single and work full time, but I'm getting older and taking her out in inclement weather to go potty and get some exercise just is getting too hard for me to do. She loves people and other dogs, but she is afraid of the ones that jump on her. She has been living with my cat, and is generally okay with her, but she wants to chase her because she wants to play. She has started to growl at my cat if she swats at her for getting too rowdy and in her face. I don't know if it is because she is not getting enough exercise or if she is starting to get jealous. She has started to let me know when she has to go outside, but she will go on potty pads if she needs to. She loves to play and run and she has her special lion baby that she loves for you to throw for her. She is also very good at throwing it for herself! She is really adorable and loves attention. For some reason i cannot get this rescue me software to upload a picture. She weighs about 10 pounds and is a cream color. I hate to have to find her another home but I just do not think she is at her happiest here. Please email me if you want to know more about her. She will be 3 years old in May. Please no electronic fences as she will run right through them when she sees something she is excited about and then won't be able to get back in after she has calmed down. She is just too energetic and cannot be off leash unless in a fully fenced in yard. She will take off and you may not get her back alive. The person I got her from a year ago said she is poodle mixed with chihuahua but i am not real sure about that. She doesn't seem to have any chihuahua characteristics especially in her temperament.
