About Winston

Winston, a little over 2 years old, is an absolute sweetheart. He is heart worm negative and up to date on his shots. He had hip surgery in August but has recovered very well. Completely house-trained, and great with both cats and friendly dogs. Friendly because if a dog is barking or acting aggressively towards him, he will bark back, he thinks he is pretty tough. He is also capable of completely ignoring other dogs barking at him. His energy level is low to medium, content to sleep most of the day and night away, but ready to go for a walk anytime. He also loves running on his leash, and could be a terrific running buddy. He is also a fan of car rides, and sits quietly and comfortably. He is very quiet, and only barks if there is someone at the door, and sometimes when the new person enters the house. This only lasts for a few seconds. He wants to make sure everything is safe. He would make a fantastic addition to a household with or without kids and other animals. He is sweet, personable, and loving.
