About Larry

Larry is a very loyal, loving, sweet boy who wants to be right with his humans at all times. He will take time to warm up, as he is fearful and reactive to strangers initially. He can, if the time is taken to introduce and transition with patience be with other dogs. He is best suited for a quiet home. Loves to go for walks, but is reactive so care must be taken to leave distance between Larry and strange people and dogs. With work and patience this can improve. He has allergies, so is on a specific food and can have no scraps of any kind. The food is no more expensive than average quality dog food, and is delivered. It is vegan. It is important that his new owner commit to his diet. Kept as is he has NO ISSUE at all. He loves to sniff the grass and roll around. He does not do well with horses or cats. Loud noises, sudden movements scare him, so he is best suited for a calm environment. He is a wonderful dog, care just needs to be taken with him to keep life uncomplicated. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. He does hate to have his nails trimmed. He will easily take a bath and knows his basic commands to sit and shake hands and listens very well as long as he does not feel overwhelmed or threatened.
