About Scout

Scout is a 5 month old, 20lb, lab mix. Scout was dumped at a shelter in Texas, where his odds of getting out healthy were slim-none. Right when we heard about him, and all the illness they had in the shelter we got him out of there right way and into quarantine. Fast forward 2 months and Scout is as healthy and happy as can be. He was actually lucky enough to never get sick! Scout has finally made his way to CO and is ready to find his forever home. He is the sweetest, happiest dog. He loves to play with other dogs and spends a good amount of his time bugging his foster brothers and sisters to play with him. He may be a bigger dog, but he is also the biggest snuggle bug and still thinks he is a lap dog. Scout also gets along great with the cats and kids in his foster home. Pretty much he is just a big, sweet puppy with so much love to give ready to find his forever home. He is outgoing and social. He does have a good amount of puppy energy so will need lots of exercise in the CO mountains, a sibling to play with, or someone with a big back yard to run around in.
