Extremely urgent! Decker is nice and sweet and loving and he is very worried. Poor Decker found himself in an overcrowded city shelter, where he is at risk of euthanasia if not rescued. The high kill shelter is very full and dogs are being killed. Decker needs a foster or adoptive home to have another chance at life.
