About Sunshine

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. Wait, that's not right. My name is Sunshine and I would love for you to be my one and only sunshine. You see, I came to rescue to find my permanent home. I did live with an older person, but unfortunately their health got the best of them. I was suppose to go to rescue then but someone in the family gave me to another couple. I only was there a couple of months when they brought me back. Don't know why but here I am with DVDPA. I didn't have a lot of hands on when living in my original home. But my current Mommy and Daddy have taught me plenty. I have learned how to eat, go up/down outside steps, take a bath, get my ears cleaned, have my feet wiped, have my teeth brushed and get my chin wiped. Really getting the royal treatment, don't you think. Since I'm getting lots of exercise, I sleep like a baby at night in my crate. I love playing with my toys both inside and outside. It would be best if I'm the only dog in the home since I was never allowed to play with others, so I really don't know how to interact well with others. Doesn't mean with time and patience, I can't but would really appreciate getting all the attention instead of having to share. I really am sweet and have lots of love to give. Are you willing to open your heart and home to me. I know I can put a smile on your face and be your sunshine throughout the day.
