Charlotte is shorthaired, red tabby female. She was brought to the shelter January 5, 2017, around 3 years old. She is a very sweet and friendly cat, who is clearly unhappy in the shelter- as she tells you as soon as you walk through the door! She can't wait to get out and into a forever home.
