About Phillip

HELP NEEDED This is Phillip. Phil was bred at Ernest Hemingway's house with his cats. He is a poly-dactyl sweetheart. His previous owners had him declawed. He is VERY sweet however, he is in need of a home. We are a military family and when we were moving cross country and one of our other cats started bullying him, we re- homed him with family in NY. They have given it their best effort, but it just isn't a fit sadly, although they so wish it was. Phil is older and the perfect place for him would be where he is the only pet and is with a family that doesn't mind that he is very independent. He LOVES being pet, just not being held. Due to so many moves, he does act out/hide when frightened. We now live in Seattle and are just so heart sick over our baby boy. We have only ever wanted the best for him and hope that someone else can enjoy his jaunty and sweet personality. We also are just wanting to do anything to avoid him being in a shelter for the remainder of his days and hope that this next home is his last. He is around 13 years old and in excellent health.
