About Sadie

Hi!! My name is Sadie and I am about 5 years old. I'm a pittie mix (I think!) and really want to be your new best friend. I'm up to date on all my vaccinations, including heart worm and flea/tick and I'm already spayed. I'm not sure how I feel about cats quite yet, but I'm ok with other dogs that live in my foster home. My foster moms told me that I'm still learning how to play. I have so much energy and really want to be on the trails, out running, or going on adventures! The couch might be my new favorite place though! I spent two years in a shelter and no one came to look at me. I barked a lot and have strained vocal cords, but my new foster home is much more relaxing and my voice is getting some well needed rest. The volunteers at the shelter really loved me, and helped me find some joy there. Now I'm on the hunt for my new family! I'm working on my house training and so far I can sit, wait, and accept treats! Bacon is my MOST FAVORITE thing. If you love bacon, maybe you're my new family. I sleep on a giant bed now and am learning to play with toys. If you take me home I would need a slow introduction to other friends, and a some reassuring love.
