About Jazz

Are you looking for a crate trained, house broken, easy going, and lovey dog that comes pre-trained? Jazz is the one for you!! Help this girl get home!!! Jazz weighs about 45 lbs. and is 4-years young! She appears to be a Coonhound-German Shepherd Mix with a little white patch on her chest. Jazz loves to show you her tricks like sit, lay, and shake, especially if there's a treat for a reward! A new home might be a little scary for her, so Jazz will do best with an extended shut down period so she can adjust to your home. Jazz loves playtime with the resident dogs and new fosters alike, but she sometimes needs a slow introduction with dominant dogs. Check out the videos of her playing with her foster siblings! Jazz lets you know when she's uncomfortable and that she'd rather get away from the situation which is great for training. Cats haven't been officially tested, but we think that she would do best in a home without cats. Her muzzle is gray but don't let that fool you! Jazz has a lot of life and a lot of snuggles to give. She adjusts well to your activity level, she can play when it's time and she also LOVES to nap on her dog bed. Jazz is a very trustworthy girl out of her crate as long as there isn't food out that's easily accessible to her. She's up to date with shots, spayed, microchipped and ready to find her furever home!
