Frank is a cuddle bug. His favorite thing to do is get under the covers and sleep. He loves to grumble when the other dogs try to come near. It often sounds like a Gremlin. He is pretty tiny and loves to be carried around. If he wants up on the bed he dances around on his two hind legs. He was rescued from the shelter before he was going to be put down. He is a neat dog that would be a perfect purse companion.
