About Alaska

Introducing Alaska! This fun loving pup is very excited to find her forever home. Alaska previously lived in a dog run with little interaction, but now is now looking for a warm bed to sleep on. She is an American Bulldog mix approximately 9 months old. She is good with other dogs and cats. Children over the age of 5 may be the best fit for her as she is energetic and may knock smaller children down. She is crate trained as well. Despite living outdoors most of her life Alaska is remarkably good in the house, she is house trained and has decent manors. She is still a puppy though, so it's important her new home will continue basic training. She has been started on sit, down, stay, come, place and leash work but, will need an owner willing to keep up on that training. Alaska is a smart girl who picks up on things rather quick and easily, she is very food motivated. She would love another young doggy friend to play with. She loves stuffed toys and will play with them any chance she gets, as far as other toys go she isn't quite sure what they are, but is picking it up by watching the other dogs in her foster home.
